Mission
Team H.O.T. provides guidance and instruction for boys and girls of all skill levels on the fundamentals of basketball (elementary-High School).
Team H.O.T.’s goals for its players are:

To develop basketball skills (i.e., master fundamentals of the game) and improve as a player

To play hard, fast and physical with heart and passion every second

To learn “life lessons” that have value beyond the basketball court

Coach Shememe Pronounced (Shuh mem) has coach 5+ years of women's basketball for AAU and a High School in the Montgomery County area. Ages included are 13-14 yrs. of age and girls High School team at Good Counsel. Extensive experience as a Conditioning Coach, Stretch Therapist, and a Personal Trainer for NBA Men's basketball players in the DMV area.
Conditioning coach for an AAU high school aged football team.
Former Bullis School scholarship basketball player located in Potomac, MD. Received a division 1 full Women's basketball scholarship at Temple University.
